What is Tuesday?
Tuesday is a platform designed to help you make real, lasting connections with other professionals. A tonic to the constant noise of social media, we create small groups for you to meet at 4pm on the first Tuesday of every month so that you can talk about topics that are important to you. There’s no selling amongst fellow Tuesday-ers and all members agree to keep their conversations confidential. We want you to be free to be yourselves.
How does Tuesday work?
It’s pretty simple! You answer a short form that allows us to put you into an appropriate group, based on your interests and expertise. Each group will volunteer a co-ordinator so that things run smoothly. The best part is the monthly meeting – this can be virtual or IRL. We’ll set up a WhatsApp group for you so that you can interact day-to-day with your group. To make it as easy as possible, not only will we be providing topics and meeting outlines, we’ll also be arranging subsidised venues and activities so that you can focus on the fun stuff.
How big are the groups?
Our focus is quality, not quantity. Your groups will never be bigger than 8 people at a time because we want you to get to know each person individually.
What if I don’t get on with the others?
Like any new relationship, things don’t always work out the first time, despite everyone’s best efforts. If that is the case, we’ll take extra care to find out exactly why the selected group didn’t work for you and use this feedback to find the perfect place for you to thrive.
Can I join multiple groups?
If you’ve got the time to, you’re more than welcome to let us know that you’re open to joining multiple groups when you sign up, and we’ll find the right place for you!
What if I can’t afford to go on a trip away?
We’re aware that people have time and financial commitments that can make it hard to get away. That’s why we’ll be organising things from a local weekend away through to huge adventures and ski trips – something for every budget and calendar.
